Annual Meeting 2026

Our 2026 Annual Meeting will be held Wednesday, June 24 at 6:30 pm in the OTP auditorium. This meeting is a great place to connect with fellow volunteers. We will recap our past season and look forward to the next.  It is also a special time to honor our volunteers with the annual awards. Elections for a new Board Trustee and four Artistic Committee members will be conducted.

While you must be a member to vote, everyone is invited to attend. If you are a member and cannot attend the meeting, you are still able to vote using the absentee ballot:
