The Playhouse has a small free parking lot adjacent to our building. Please see our Traverse City Region page for details about other parking options.

EMERGENCY EXITS

Before a performance, please locate your nearest emergency exit. They are located next to the left side of the stage at the front of the auditorium and at the rear of the auditorium.

REST ROOMS

Rest rooms are located on the Playhouse's lower level.

Bar Service & COnCESSIONS

We offer bar service and concessions on the lower level of The Playhouse one hour before and during intermission of MainStage and Studio Theatre performances (Bar Service is only available at evening performances, not during matinees). Drinks from the bar or concessions may be taken into the auditorium.

SMOKING AND VAPING IS PROHIBITED

Please do not smoke or vape inside or near building entrances.

CELL PHONES

Please silence your phone during performances.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING

When OTP licenses works for performance, photo, audio, and video recording rights by audience members are not included. And recording disturbs those around you. Please do not jeapordize future OTP shows by recording any part of any performance in any way!

LATECOMERS

Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager and in consideration of the audience already seated. Latecomers are not entitled to refunds or ticket exchanges.

HEARING ASSISTANCE

Headsets are available free of charge for every performance. Ask the House Manager at the entrance for options.

Accessibility

Disability parking is available along the west side of the Playhouse building. The west entrance on Eighth St has a ramp, and an elevator goes down to the lower level and up to the auditorium. Please read more about accessibility here.
