Contact the Box Office when you have questions, changes, or just want to buy tickets from a human being.

Walk up and telephone hours are Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 3 PM to 6 PM, or two hours before most performances. The Box Office is not available on Mondays.

Pick up your tickets for on the lower level for performances at The Playhouse and at the door for off-site performances.

Ticket Prices

During the 2025-2026 season, we are offering the MyPass Discount for buyers of four or more shows in one order.

• MainStage Theatre performance tickets are $35 for adults and $25 for youth under 18. There may be a limited number of discounted partial view or obstructed view seats available for any MainStage performance, available either online or through the Box Office.
• Studio Theatre performance tickets are $25.
• Young Company performance tickets are $22 for adults and $15 for youth under 18.
• Aged to Perfection and Staged Reading performance tickets are $10.
• Special Event performances have variable ticket pricing.

Prices are all-inclusive. The Old Town Playhouse no longer charges any order fees. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, or Apple Pay either online or at the Box Office. Cash, Check, or TC Downtown Gift Certificates may only be used in person at the Box Office.

Ticket Discounts

Discounted pricing may be available for groups of 8 or more (that purchase tickets together), Military or Students with ID, and Two on the Town card holders. These discounts are ONLY available by contacting the Box Office directly via phone or in person.

Gift Vouchers

Share the gift of theatre! Gift vouchers can be used same-as-cash for any OTP purchase within 5 years after purchase. Find out more about Gift Vouchers here.

Refunds & Exchanges
