Accessibility
Parking
There are 10 disability parking spaces along the west side of The Playhouse building.
Wheelchair/Walker Entrance & Elevator
The west entrance to The Playhouse on the Eighth St side has a ramp and a door that can be opened by pressing a button. The elevator to the Auditorium or Lower Level is just inside that entrance, and during performances an usher is stationed there to assist with the elevator. The elevator does not go to the Balcony.
Stairs
There are 20 steps from the auditorium to the balcony. Without the elevator, there are 9 steps from the street level to the lower level of The Playhouse, and 9 steps up from the street level to the auditorium. Section D (back section on the main floor) has one step up to each row
Service Dogs
Service dogs are welcome, but must have a free ticket to attend, as the Fire Marshall does not allow dogs under or in front of seats. Please contact the Box Office to reserve a free companion space for your service dog.
Hearing Assistance
Headsets with receivers to assist with hearing are available on request from the House Manager or ask an usher when you arrive.
