Misery

by William Goldman
Based on the novel by Stephen King

Successful romance novelist Paul Sheldon is rescued from a car crash by his number one fan, Annie, and wakes up captive in her secluded home. While he is convalescing, she reads the manuscript to his newest novel and becomes enraged to discover the author has killed off her favorite character. Annie forces Paul to write a new novel, and he quickly realizes Annie has no intention of letting him leave.

You are the best judge of what is appropriate for those you bring to the theatre, but OTP recommends this show for Mature Audiences due to language, violence, gore, and brutal murder scenes.
