OTP Annual Meeting June 26

Come on Wednesday, June 26 at 6:30 PM and learn about the current workings of OTP and see who gets added to the Hall of Fame and what names are placed on the Volunteer of the Year and Peg Brace Award plaques. Members will elect Artistic Committee and Board of Trustees members. Absentee ballots will be emailed on 6/12 to those that are current Members at that time. Doors and bar open at 6, so come early, make sure your membership is paid up and get ready to vote.

Important Meeting Information:

• All are invited to attend.
• Candidates for leadership positions will be introduced before voting. The election is completed at the meeting.
• Membership is required to vote. If you are unsure of your member status, you can call the office or box office.
• Anyone who is a current member can run for a leadership position.
• Absentee voting will be available. Ballots will be emailed to all members on June 12. Deadline for return of absentee ballots is June 21. Ballots can be returned by mail, email or in person to the office.

Member Voting Privileges: OTP functions on a fiscal year beginning on 7/1. Any person who has donated a minimum of $25 to OTP between 7/1/23 and 6/26/24 is eligible for 1 vote. Households donating a minimum of $40 have voting privileges for 2 people.
