Young Company Presents DISNEY NEWSIES JR

Old Town Playhouse Young Company presents Disney Newsies JR. Performances of this musical are Friday, July 21 at 1 PM and 7 PM and Saturday, July 22 at 2 PM and 7 PM.

Disney Newsies JR is the rousing tale of Jack Kelly, a charismatic newsboy and leader of a band of young newspaper sellers in 1899 Manhattan. When titans of publishing raise distribution prices at the newsies’ expense, Jack rallies young workers from across the city to strike against the unfair conditions and fight for what's right! This musical is packed with non-stop thrills and a timeless message perfect for the whole family.

Performances of Disney Newsies JR are the result of a 4-week camp for theatre students aged 9 to 16.

Prices for each ticket include a $3 order fee collected by Old Town Playhouse: $21 for adults and $12 for youth under 18.
