Volunteer Agreement

ALL volunteers must have a signed Volunteer Agreement on file in the Box Office to participate in OTP activities. This ensures that OTP and each volunteer understand the liability and media relationship volunteering establishes between us. It also gives OTP an opportunity to ensure that volunteers have accurate contact information in our system to assign complimentary tickets, acknowledge volunteer activities, and communicate. You may fill out a Volunteer Agreement using an online form, or download the form and print (please return paper forms to the Box Office) or fill digitally and email (to tickets@oldtownplayhouse.com).
