- Work with Orchestra Director and/or Assistant Orchestra Director to determine which instrument(s) you will play and which musical book(s) you will perform from.
- Print or otherwise obtain your book from the PDF file sent by the Assistant Orchestra Director.
- If you are unable to play all the instruments within an assigned book (e.g. Reed books), arrange the parts for the correct instrumentation, whether for another player or through transposition. The Assistant Orchestra Director can assist with this, but it is primarily the Instrumentalist’s responsibility.
- Attend all committed rehearsals and be ready to play your part.
- If shows are sold out it is possible that performances will be added. Please be prepared for this; the Orchestra Director will inform the orchestra of such a possibility as soon as possible.
